Who is eligible to vote?
Registered NKN members in good standing. If unsure, contact the moderators.
Can I vote more than once?
No. The form enforces one response per verified account. Duplicate attempts are blocked.
What if I make a mistake on my ballot?
Edits after submission are disabled. Review carefully before submitting.
What devices are supported?
Modern browsers on iPhone/Android, Windows, and Mac. If you have issues, try Chrome or Safari.
How is my privacy protected?
Only authorized admins/observers can access the tally. Published results show totals only.
What time zone are the deadlines?
All election timelines are posted in GMT to keep it fair for members worldwide.
How are results verified?
Two independent observers cross-check the exported CSV and sign off before publishing.
What happens in a tie?
A runoff vote is scheduled within 7 days; details will be shared via Clubhouse and email.
Will I see results live as people vote?
No. Results remain hidden until polls close and verification is complete.
